Adventure Mental Health LLC (AMH) is a qualified provider from the Department of Human Services (DHS), Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) in the State of New Jersey. As a trusted Medicaid provider under this qualification, AMH facilitates personalized support and services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities aged 21 and above, under the following Medicaid Waivers: Community Care Program (CCP) and Supports Program (SP).
AMH understands the importance of family involvement in providing care and support for your adult child. This is why we offer a unique Family Program, exclusively available to Parents or Guardians whose adult children are enrolled in either the Community Care Program (CCP) or Supports Program (SP).

We also offer complimentary telehealth services, comprehensive paid training tailored to your child’s program and America’s most recognized and largest provider for supplemental benefits of your choice.
Parental hires are required to meet the employment criteria set by the State of New Jersey and the requirements mandated by the Department of Human Services (DHS), Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) for direct support personnel, which includes:
- Undergoing Fingerprinting
- Drug Testing
- Completing College of Direct Support Training
- Undergoing a Criminal Background Check
For those enrolled in our Family Program, the Parent or Guardian will have the flexibility to work up to 40 hours a week. The specific number of hours and pay rates will depend on the program the participant is enrolled. Whether your adult child is in the Community Care Program (CCP) or Supports Program (SP).
